Deliveries and Returns
We normally offer
a 14 day money back guarantee on goods if they are not what you wanted. For orders
placed after November 10th we have extended this to cover returns made up to the
5th of January. Refunds can only be given on engraved Leathermans if they are
faulty.
So you can buy a present
for someone, and if it's not exactly what they wanted you can return it for a
refund or exchange (Your Choice). The item must be unused and in it's orignial
packaging.
Order
Deadlines
To receive your item by Christmas you need to order by the
following dates: (UK only)
If
ordering on a next day service:
All orders
placed by 1:30pm on Friday 21nd December will be delivered before Christmas. This
includes orders with engraving.
Orders
on a free delivery service:
Normally Standard
post is 2nd class but from the 15th December all standard deliveries will be First
Class post. Royal Mail say that First class post sent by Thursday 20th December
will arrive before Christmas. Therefore all orders placed by 1:30 on the 19th
December should be delivered by Christmas (according to Royal Mail). This
includes orders with engraving.
However First class is not a guaranteed
timed delivery service, so if it's an important item we recommend you upgrade
to the Next Day delivery service.(£5.95) or risk getting it after Christmas.
Facewest cannot be held responsible for Standard Deliveries that do not arrive
in time.
