What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Solo, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit Visa electron & Paypal.
Are your checkout pages secure?
Our checkout pages are 100% secure, we use a dedicated secure server to ensure that your personal data remains safe. Our payments are handled by Sagepay and Streamline and we have no access to your card information beyond what we require to prevent fraudulent transactions
Can you offer Saturday Shipping?
If you call us before 3pm on Friday then we will be happy to arrange next day shipping. This costs £10.
My purchase is a present, can I extend the returns period?
At Christmas we extend our returns period to the 6th of January to ensure that you can buy with confidence. The rest of the year, if you wish to extend the returns period then we ask that you contact us before you make your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns of engraved goods except where we have made an error.
