Please Note: This tool has a matt black powder coat finish which is neither consistent or durable. Even when new the tool may have marks and scratches. The finish is for concealment purposes rather than a nice consistent cosmetic finish. In our experience the finish is not quite as consistent as in the image used here but perfect for military and hunting use. When we engrave black Leatherman tools the lettering appears dark grey on the near black background and so is for identification purposes rather than presentation. We will not refund engraved black Leathermans because you are unhappy with the finish. If in doubt do not get engraving.
