Christmas Delivery Information

For UK orders placed with our £3.95 next day delivery service.

Order by 3pm on Wednesday 23rd December for delivery before Christmas. This includes orders containing engraving.

For orders to be delivered by our free UK delivery service:

Orders placed by 1.30pm on Monday 21st December should be delivered in time for Christmas. Please note this is the Royal Mail recommended last posting date. In our experience over 95% of packages sent by this date will arrive by Christmas. If you need a guaranteed delivery then see our Next Day service details above.

European Christmas Delivery Information

If your order is for over £100 then we ship your order by ParcelForce on a Euro48 service. To guarantee delivery before Christmas we suggest you order before Friday 18th December. For lower value orders we use Royal Mail, the suggested last posting date for these is December 11th.

Gift Returns Information

In order to allow for gifts to be returned or exchanged we extend the returns period for all gifts to Friday 8th January. This excludes personalised items such as engraved Leatherman tools which cannot be returned.
